1- The apartment must be occupied at the Check-in hour: 3:00PM and has to be leave at the Check-out hour: 11:00 AM

2- A payment (at least) of one night + 20% of the total is required in order to hold the apartment. The amount can be paid by bank transfer or Credit Card

3- The prices per month are going to be given upon request. It is also possible book an apartment for longer periods

4- In case of one month rent a month deposit will be asked, with the purpose to discount the utilities over the bill received and to cover any eventual damage to the apartment which has to be returned in the same conditions as delivered at the beginning. The remaining will be return by transfer to your bank account

5- The apartment are fully furnish and any broken, lost or damage of the appliances will be subtract of the deposit

6- You mast check the ability with our agents before you place an order. We will only warranty the book of the apartment over the payment of the deposit. The ability of the apartment changes every day, so it is necessary contact us by e-mail or phones to assure the days

7- We are not responsible of any property lost or forgiving things in the apartments

8- The deposit wills not be return in any case if you decide to do not use the apartment booked. You agree to do not get the deposit back. You must be sure before you book an apartment

9- Reservations will be hold for 48 hours and not payment is needed. When the time expire you must have the deposit paid by Credit Card or Bank Transfer if you want to book the apartment. You must leave also your credit card number as a warranty until you pay the total amount of the due

10- During office hours the keys will be for you to take for the apartment location. The payment of the rest of the days by cash or traveler checks is required at the moment of the keys are handled. In case that you arrive during the night, weekends, or out of offices hours you will get directions (depend of the apartment location) for get the key or a person will wait for you. Just in case contact us tree days before to set up time and location for pick up the keys. In that case you must pay the rest of the amount at the location

11- If you arrive before the check-in hour or you leave before the checkout hour your luggage can stay in the office as a holding area until you leave

12- Only one pare of key will be given for apartment if you need a second or third pare of key you must specified this before your arrival time and an extra charge will be apply
